This Privacy Policy describes how Dubformer B.V. ('Dubformer', 'we', 'us') collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use our AI dubbing system and related services.
By using Dubformer Studio or visiting our website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Data we collect
Account information: name, email address, company name, and billing details provided during registration.
Content data: audio, video, and text files you upload for dubbing, along with generated output files.
Usage data: log data, device information, IP addresses, and analytics collected automatically when you use our services.
How we use your data
We process your data to provide and improve the Dubformer Studio dubbing service, manage your account, process payments, and communicate service updates.
Content you upload is processed solely for the purpose of generating dubbed output. We do not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.
Data sharing and subprocessors
We share data with third-party subprocessors only as necessary to deliver our services, including cloud providers, payment processors, and AI compute providers.
A current list of subprocessors is available on request. We require all subprocessors to maintain equivalent data protection standards.
Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus a reasonable period for legal and operational purposes.
Uploaded content and generated output are retained according to your workspace settings. You can delete content at any time from the Dubformer Studio dashboard.
Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent at any time.

International transfers
Dubformer is based in the EU. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
