How does Dubformer work?
Dubformer is an AI-driven end-to-end video localization service. Based on neural networks, it provides contextual localization that consists of several modules: speech recognition, speakers identification, ML translation, subtitles generation and speech synthesis using different voices. The platform brings all these steps together considering the context and enhancing the quality, so in the end you get a professionally dubbed video.

1. Verify the source language. We support translations from Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, and Ukrainian. If your video is in a language other than these, we won't be able to translate it.

3. Check translation limits. Check if you've reached the maximum minutes allowed for translation. If so, you'll need to top up your account balance.
4. Check file type and permissions. Make sure to upload your video as an MP4 file or use a YouTube or TikTok link. If you're using YouTube, ensure the link is publicly accessible.
5. Contact our support. If none of the above steps work, reach out to our technical team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
